Creating fairer employment opportunities for young people from lower socioeconomic backgrounds.
About GoodWork
GoodWork is a charity, creating fairer employment opportunities for young people from lower socioeconomic backgrounds, while enabling employers to make the systems and culture change needed for underrepresented talent to thrive. Through our Early Careers Programme, we support high-potential young people who face systemic barriers to access the training and opportunities they need to transition successfully into the workforce. We also work directly with employers to source talented young people for entry-level roles, create brilliant early talent programmes and deliver meaningful, skills-based volunteering opportunities.
