About GORM

GORM is a multi award-winning intercultural consultancy on a mission to unify across differences and advance belonging for marginalised communities. GORM's vision is to spark a movement of unity through evidence-based intercultural training and consultancy and community-led creative media. We work with our clients, partners and community across the following three pillars: EQUIP LEADERS: As an intercultural consultancy, we equip leaders through our evidence based intercultural training and consultancy services. We provide keynote talks, interactive workshops, research and evidence based tailored training programmes that support clients in cross cultural management, change management and diversity and inclusion. ELEVATE VOICES We elevate voices through creative media projects via digital storytelling with communities, both in house and sponsored content. We create social impact content on our online platform to showcase different and diverse voices. GORM is guided by a community of unifiers from different and diverse backgrounds, this allows us not only to work with diverse communities, but create avenues for them to unify across their differences through digital media.
