Some people find The Springboard after Googling career coaches at midnight. Some find it after a conversation with a friend who said "you need to talk to Monika." Kunz, who came to this work through her own winding path across nonprofits, tech, sales, fundraising, and approximately one hundred pivots that only made sense in hindsight.
