A miller since 1919, Grands Moulins de Paris is today a key player in the milling market. We select the best 100% French wheat closest to our 8 mills to produce quality flours and milling mixes, suitable for making breads, viennoiserie, patisserie, biscuits and pizzas among others. We commit to high standards of production, with some of the most important certifications such as FSSC 22000. We mobilize operational, passionate women and men, who combine skills and know-how to support the success of our clients on a daily basis: artisanal bakery, food industry, mass distribution, both in France and internationally. We promote French bakery know-how, notably through well-known consumer brands such as Francine and with our experts from the GMP Bakers' Brotherhood. Our passion for taste and innovation is also transmitted through our “Ecole de Boulangerie et de Pâtisserie de Paris” (Paris Baking and Patisserie School), which trains over 300 apprentices and 100 adults each year.
