Across its three programs, Greater NY recognizes that the promise and complexities of New York City cannot be addressed by any one sector alone. Greater NY’s Executive Partnerships Program matches nonprofit executive directors and senior corporate leaders to meet one-on-one an hour a month over two years for confidential conversation on management, strategy and leadership. Greater NY’s Analyst Corps connects nonprofits with teams of early career professionals from New York’s leading financial services firms to work together on highly focused projects that support organizational priorities. Greater NY’s Events Program convenes intimate, off-the-record conversations that draw on the expertise of our network. These events create space for thoughtful exchange among trusted peers and strengthen our collective commitment to New Yorkers.
