GreatWater 360 Auto Care is a network of local auto repair shops that share similar values and ways of doing business. We're founded on the belief that local auto repair shops have been, and will always be, the ideal model for the industry. We believe in the values that are ever-present in local shops. We believe that the local shop works harder than the others every day to provide the best customer experience and service. We are inspired by those who work at local shops, and their dedication to their communities and customers.   We believe in the local shop so much that we’ve set out to invest in sustaining and growing their presence in the automotive aftermarket space. Our calling is to support these shops, bringing them resources like upgraded equipment, technology, and training to allow them to compete in a crowded market. Our mission is to prove the local auto repair shop is still the driving force in the automotive aftermarket. Our roots go back to 1984 with a single shop in Hudsonville, MI. Today we support over 150 local auto repair shops across nine states.
