Green Energi is a UK-based commercial rooftop solar PV developer, owner, and operator, working with landlords and occupiers to unlock long-term value from underutilised rooftop space. We design, fund, install, and operate solar assets at no upfront cost, retaining long-term ownership while delivering predictable income for landlords and flexible, lower-cost energy for occupiers. Our model re-engineers the traditional solar PPA by aligning landlords, tenants, and capital from day one. Through shorter, more flexible PPAs and intelligent export and trading mechanisms, we ensure solar assets remain fully utilised, bankable, and resilient over the long term.
