I work with forward-thinking organisations that want to support and retain their senior female leaders through the transition of perimenopause and beyond. For too long, hormonal health has been treated as a personal issue. Yet its impact on focus, confidence, decision-making and wellbeing directly affects performance, leadership capability and retention. When women at the top begin to struggle in silence, the organisation feels it too; in engagement, productivity and culture. This is not about sympathy. It’s about strategy, responsibility and doing what’s right for people and for business.
