About Grief Journey LLC

Grief Journey LLC was created in 2025 after the founder, MiShon Landry experienced 10 incredible losses of loved ones in a 10 month span in 2021. Losing her oldest child and son, Ellis, her mom, dad, and last set of grandparents, as well as five other loved ones. As part of her therapy MiShon often used writing as an emotional outlet for her grief. She began writing the first day she learned about her son’s fatal automobile accident on Father’s Day 2021 and hasn’t stopped writing or posting about her journey since. While taking a sabbatical, MiShon felt that she needed to publish a book about how she had been able to use expression to honor the resilience of navigating loss while giving hope to others. She also began creating videos, resources, tools, and information with the goal of transforming sorrow into shared wisdom by giving voice to the emotions we carry through loss. As Grief Alchemist of Grief Journey LLC, MiShon is dedicated to sharing her thoughts, experiences, and lessons with others throughout her grief and healing journey. ❤️‍🩹 An alchemist by definition is someone who practices alchemy, an ancient philosophical and proto-scientific tradition focused on transformation. Historically, alchemists sought to turn base metals into gold, discover a universal cure for diseases, and a deeper essence of alchemy was about personal evolution and enlightenment. Beyond its historical roots, the term "alchemist" is often used metaphorically today to describe someone who transforms something through a seemingly creative process. For example, a "grief alchemist" could be someone who turns sorrow into wisdom and healing for themselves and others. Grief Journey LLC is dedicated to helping others navigate grief and loss. We support individuals, organizations, and communities with grief-informed literacy, education, tools, training, wellness, and resources. Our Grief Healing Circles is a FREE VIRTUAL community that supports individuals navigating grief.
