About Ground With Us
We have rebranded! I'm Her Story has evolved into Ground With Us We didn't rebrand because something was broken. We rebranded because we were paying attention. Over the past six months, the world changed in ways that landed directly in women's bodies. We watched it happen in our community — women who wanted to move forward but couldn't. Not because they lacked the desire or the intelligence or the will. Because their nervous system didn't feel safe enough to let them. We saw four things happening over and over: Women not feeling safe enough to tell their stories anymore. Women too dysregulated to make decisions — even the ones they genuinely wanted to make. Women numbing with food and unhealthy habits just to get through the day. Women's subconscious minds and trauma responses running the show — regardless of what their conscious mind wanted. "Conscious intention doesn't override subconscious programming. Not without body-level work. Not without addressing the nervous system first." That's not a mindset problem. That's a foundation problem. And it's what we built Ground With Us to address. The rebrand isn't cosmetic. It reflects who we've become and who we're here for — women who are ready to heal from the inside out, starting with the foundation their nervous system needs to feel safe.
