Project Management – direct ‘boots on the ground’ management of the construction process, including; feasibility, design, construction, commissioning, and operations. 4. Commercial, Cost and Procurement Advisory – full suite of quantity surveying, contract management / legal, and financial management of projects. This includes assisting DC developers to prepare cost and contracting strategies specific to each diverse market they operate.
