Hands In helps airlines, OTAs, hospitality brands, and ticketing platforms recover revenue that would otherwise be lost to insufficient funds and credit-card declines on abandoned high-value payments. Through a single, API-agnostic integration that slots into a merchant's existing infrastructure, acquirers, gateways, and tokenisation included, Hands In solves a problem hiding in plain sight: around 5% of travel transactions fail due to insufficient funds or card limits, yet fewer than 1 in 4 airline and OTA websites let customers split a payment, despite 75–80% of travellers wanting the option. Two products close that gap: Split Payments, which lets customers divide a transaction across multiple cards, people, or methods to boost approval on high-value purchases, and Decline Recovery, which turns declined payments into completed bookings by giving customers an alternative path instead of losing the sale. The traction speaks for itself: Hands In first went live with Air Europa, is launching with Tier-1 Middle Eastern airlines such as Etihad, is live in the OTA market with Webjet, and works with major players across the travel tech space, including UATP, Outpayce by Amadeus, and Repayd. Hands In is on track to deliver over $100M in incremental sales in 2027 and is targeting $1B in total payment volume within the next few years, with recognition from Mastercard as the Best Technology of the Year, the World Aviation Festival as Start-Up of the Year, Travolution as Champions of Customer Experience 2025, and the MPE Awards for Merchants Payment Initiative of the Year 2026 in partnership with Air Europa. Hands In is fast becoming the payments and revenue recovery layer that enterprise commerce didn't know it was missing.
