It all began in 1962, when inspired by Japanese ZORI sandals, havaianas was born and raised in Brazil, to spread to the world the spontaneous Brazilian lifeway. Being part of the Alpargatas company, in 2008, havaianas opened its EMEA headquarters in Madrid, Spain, and achieved immediate success in the fashion and apparel industry.
