Founded by Gayle Corrigan MSc, Assoc CIPD, HDHR works with SMEs across sectors — particularly those operating in people-heavy, operational environments where compliance, performance and risk really matter. With over 17 years’ operational and strategic HR experience, including expertise in employee relations across transport, engineering and SME environments, HDHR offers grounded, commercially aware guidance — helping organisations do the right thing, in the right way, at the right time — bringing calm, measured judgement to people matters without overcomplicating them.
