Our mission is to support business leaders who are driven to optimize the human experience of every employee, improve workforce resilience, and strengthen communities. We do this by: - Empowering employers with science-backed tools and training to navigate evolving health challenges - Providing insights and research to inform business decision-making - Connecting a vast network of employers and public health experts to amplify our collective impact HAA was founded in 2021 by the Ad Council, Business Roundtable, CDC Foundation, the de Beaumont Foundation and the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation—in partnership with Meteorite.
