As Ireland's leading cross border treatment facilitator, we have helped over 2500 Republic of Ireland residents access comprehensive, HSE reimbursed, medical treatment under the EU Cross Border Directive. The Directive was introduced in 2014 and allows EU residents to receive fully reimbursed orthopaedic surgeries, wieght loss surgeries, gynaecological treatments and more within the EU. Healthcare Abroad guide patients through the process, arrange GP referrals, assist in the loan application process and take care of the logistics while they are over here. take care of the paperwork to ensure patients are reimbursed in a timely manner. Many of our patients finance their treatments through Credit Unions.
