HealthEdge is an operationally-oriented firm investing exclusively in lower middle market, US-based healthcare businesses within the Supply Chain/Third Party & Tech-Enabled Services, Specialty Products & Devices, and Healthcare Services segments. Founded by seasoned healthcare operators and investors, HealthEdge makes majority and significant minority control investments in companies that benefit from the knowledge, experience and network of relationships of our Investment Team and Operating Partners. We offer buyout, recapitalization and growth equity investments to companies with revenues between $5-75M and having $2-15M of EBITDA.   Our capabilities are best-suited to growth-oriented companies where HealthEdge is the first institutional capital into the business. Typical investment profile attributes include founder or entrepreneur ownership/management, best-in-class product or service with market recognition, scalability, minimal capital intensity and lacking in strategy resources and/or business infrastructure where HealthEdge can add value.
