Helios Construction Services is a commercial general contractor and construction management firm based in Chicago, IL. We started the firm in 2008 around the premise that construction does not need to be complicated and that our actions and work should represent the needs of our clients. We leverage our experienced people, proven construction processes, and latest technology to execute detailed and complex projects requiring a high level of craft. Our team has completed projects in many sectors across the U.S., including retail, hospitality, mixed-use, multi-family, office, industrial, and education. The Helios team is an energetic, ambitious group committed to delivering better value for our clients and an exceptional project experience for the whole project team. Our teammates have architecture, engineering, and construction backgrounds, and many have worked as owners, contractors, and subcontractors, which affords us a 360-degree view of our field and the ability to think like owners.
