Helmcore is a Retail Operational Intelligence platform for multi-site retail operators. We correlate signals across POS, network, IoT and energy into a single, role-customisable view, and translate what's going wrong across a retail estate into plain language and real financial numbers, fast enough to act on. Built around the operations buyer and the outcome, not the data source. Every store in a multi-site estate runs dozens of connected systems. When one fails, the impact isn't abstract, it's a queue that can't pay, a fuel pump offline during rush hour, a fridge drifting out of range with stock inside. Most organisations are still finding out about these failures from a complaint or a call to the helpdesk, long after the cost has already landed. Helmcore gives IT, finance and operations the same picture, each in the language that matters to them: root cause and remediation guidance for IT, financial exposure for finance, service impact for customer experience. Nothing new to install, nothing new to learn, it runs on top of the infrastructure already in place. We're building Helmcore from the west of Ireland, with the ambition of becoming the Retail Operational Intelligence platform running inside every multi-site retail estate across Ireland, Europe and the US.
