HeraPrime is the technology consultancy that implements and supports Cegid Primavera for Portuguese SMEs. We enrich the ERP with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365 and Entra ID — the management, infrastructure and security foundation on which a business invoices, reports and grows. We have been a Cegid Platinum Partner for over 30 years, with more than 1,000 implementations across Portugal and market leadership in Cegid OMNIA. We hold Cegid Primavera specialisations covered by only two other partners in the country, and we have been a founding member of the Cegid Advisory Board since 2026. On the Microsoft side, we are a Solutions Partner for Modern Work and for Infrastructure (Azure). We support every system from day one through day-to-day operations: implementation and migration, version upgrades, integrations, documented process automation and ongoing support — across sectors including hospitality and tourism, healthcare, accounting and statutory audit, manufacturing and logistics, retail, construction and financial services. We are the Operational Continuity Partner for businesses that depend on Cegid Primavera to run. Support runs on business days from 8 AM to 7 PM — 11 hours of human coverage — with a 3-hour response SLA and annual contracts billed by consumption (hour bank with per-ticket detail, or fixed fee with unlimited incidents). We have no shifts or on-call: after-hours resilience lives in the architecture — redundancy, automation and runbooks in Portuguese. Quality is externally audited: ISO 9001, LAC Certification and CSAT above 95%. We prepare businesses for the 2027 regulatory deadlines — Accounting SAF-T, e-invoicing and qualified electronic signatures — and for NIS2 compliance.
