Heritage Title Company was formerly known as First American Heritage Title Company, changing our name after being purchased by the nation’s top underwriter, Fidelity National Financial. HTCO is now part of a publicly traded, Fortune 500 company that is at work in every state in the country. FNF also operates in Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean, the Pacific and the United Kingdom.
