Heyer Gutierrez, LLP was founded to provide effective representation to public education agencies across California, tailored to the unique needs of each client.  To this end, we implement individualized legal solutions to support the mission of public education, based upon the goals and visions of the clients we represent.  Our team is dedicated to serving California’s public schools and has decades of experience supporting the legal needs of public educators.  We recognize that California’s nearly one thousand school districts each serve unique communities with different needs, and that our role as legal counsel should always be custom-tailored to suit those needs.
