About Hidden Skills
Young people are building durable skills in the experiences that mean the most to them: sports, clubs, jobs, volunteering, internships, group projects. Most of those skills stay hidden, to the students building them and to the organizations that support them. Hidden Skills makes them visible. The tool sits on top of any existing program or activity with no new work for staff. Students record short weekly audio reflections, guided by questions, and the tool produces skill reports for students and cohort reports for organizations. Students use theirs to communicate who they are and what they bring to colleges and employers. Organizations use theirs to show the impact of work they're already doing.
