About Higher Standards Aerospace, LLC
Higher Standards Aerospace is an FAA 145, EASA, UK CAA and CAAC certified repair station in Doral, Florida, specializing in the repair, overhaul and test of aircraft fuel and hydraulic components for engine, airframe and APU systems. We work on engine pumps, fuel control systems, fuel nozzles, flow dividers, fuel valves and actuators across the PW2000, PW4000, RB211, CF6-80, CFM56 and V2500, plus boost pumps, valves and controllers for the Boeing 737, 747, 757, 767 and 777 and the Airbus A300, A320 and A330. Our customers are tier 1 MROs, engine shops and parts distributors, and what they need from us is a unit that comes back right the first time with paperwork that holds up. Every repair is performed to the manufacturer's manuals and specifications and FAA approved data. Our quality department tracks reliability data on every part number we return to service, so we can show how a component performs in the field and not just how it tested on the bench. All of it happens in-house in a 25,000 sq ft climate-controlled facility built around our own test capability, including universal flow and pressure stands, fuel control and APU fuel control stands, engine pump stands and boost pump stands. Send us a part number and we'll come back with capability, turn time and pricing: sales@higherstandardsaerospace.com
