Founded in 2024, we bring over two decades in commercial property together with the ability to design and build the technology that runs it. Most technology consultancies come at property from the outside. We come at it from the inside, so what we recommend and implement has been tested and used by experienced real estate professionals. Through Hillway Digital, our technology division, we work three ways: Build bespoke projects, Embed digital transformation processes and systems, and help real estate businesses Evolve with an ongoing partnership where we act as your fractional technology team. We design, deploy and run modern tech stacks, automate the manual work, and put AI to work where it makes a measurable difference. Alongside this, our property advisory covers property and asset management, service charge consultancy and lease advisory, for landlords, investors, funds and occupiers across the UK.
