My name is Greg Hirsch, Owner of Hirsch Ventures, for more than 25 years, I’ve had the privilege of scaling businesses, developing leaders, and helping owners navigate some of the most important decisions of their careers. I’m especially passionate about supply chain, logistics, distribution, and other “blue-collar roots” companies—the kinds of businesses built through hard work, grit, and strong relationships. My work centers on helping owners unlock the next chapter, whether that means preparing for a future exit, partnering to accelerate growth, or ensuring the legacy and people you’ve built are protected for the long term. I focus on acquiring and scaling companies with a range of $20-40M+ in revenue that have a path to reach $100M and beyond. What I bring to the table is a hands-on approach: I’ve spent decades in the operating trenches, built and led executive teams, run boardrooms, and helped founders transition into the next phase with confidence. Earlier in my career, I played a key role in growing a company from $38M to $1.6B, completed 20+ acquisitions of multi-generation family businesses, helped build strong boards, and supported the company’s journey to going public. That experience shaped the way I work today—collaborative, people-first, and always aligned with the owner’s long-term goals. As a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA), I understand the financial, emotional, and operational considerations that go into selling or scaling a business. My goal is simple: to be the kind of partner I would want if I were in the owner’s shoes.
