About The Hispanic Retail Chamber of Commerce
The Hispanic Retail Chamber of Commerce (HRCOC) is a national business organization dedicated to strengthening and expanding the Hispanic and multicultural retail ecosystem across the United States. Founded with a focus on independent retailers and entrepreneurs, HRCOC has evolved into a business development, retail intelligence, and industry connectivity platform serving retailers, wholesalers, manufacturers, distributors, service providers, and emerging retail operators. Our work goes beyond traditional chamber services. HRCOC connects companies with retail opportunities and provides strategic support across market intelligence, store development, procurement and sourcing, supplier connectivity, multicultural merchandising, private-label development, regulatory and market-entry support, education, and business development. Through our growing network and specialized initiatives, we help independent and regional retailers identify new opportunities, strengthen their operations, access products and suppliers, evaluate markets, and compete more effectively in an increasingly consolidated retail environment. HRCOC also works with manufacturers and international companies seeking access to the U.S. retail market, helping connect the different components required for successful market entry — from regulatory and FDA-related processes to importing, distribution, wholesale relationships, and retail commercialization. At the center of our mission is a simple objective: to create stronger connections between retailers, operators, suppliers, wholesalers, and industry partners while expanding opportunities for independent and multicultural retail businesses throughout the United States.
