About HMIC LLC
HMIC is a state governance practice. We build infrastructure for regulated industries where declared state must be preserved, verified, and authorized without trusting the system that recorded it. Our first release is the State-Governed Anchoring Protocol (SGAP), free open-source reference implementation ALCOA Rubberstamp is available at http://www.hmicai.com. Records anchored under SGAP cannot be backdated, altered, or quietly corrected, even by the operator. Programmed Interface Compression (PIC) is HMIC’s method for translating regulated workflows into compact, executable definitions that can be automated, validated, and scaled without losing their controls or provenance. Founded by TJ Jung, with 16 years in enterprise sales architecture and 11 years in biologics CDMO services. Based in Tucson, Arizona.
