We’re on a mission to empower forward-thinking teams with the HR tools they deserve 🚀 We believe the most inspiring workplaces are built by teams with strong ideas, distinct cultures, and the ambition to do things differently. That’s why we create HR tools that match their uniqueness: tools that make it easy to hire, manage, and support people in ways that feel simple, personal, and collaborative. Homerun was founded in 2015 with a simple insight: every company has its own culture and story, yet most job posts looked the same - dry bullet points on a plain white page. Our first product changed that by giving teams a visual way to create job posts and career pages that truly reflect who they are. From there, we built an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to help teams organise their hiring and deliver a great candidate experience. In 2025, we introduced Homerun HR, expanding our focus to the full employee journey - from time off management to secure file storage.
