Horizon Services provides a safe and effective place for individuals to receive addiction treatment and begin their journey toward sustainable, fulfilling recovery. Our Mission is to cultivate or restore a sense of hope, self-awareness and community to people impacted by substance use and mental health challenges by providing effective trauma informed prevention, treatment, and recovery services. Horizon Treatment Services Family of Programs Serving a full continuum of care including Youth Prevention Services, Sobering and Medical Sobering, Detox, Residential, Youth and Adult Outpatient, and Diversion Triage. Horizon Treatment Services provides hope and healing across California and New Mexico.
