Horizons has a very special mission: to provide extraordinary opportunities to 40 children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and extensive medical support needs. Anchored by a caring, dedicated staff, Horizons provides compassionate care through programs and services intentionally catered to each individual's needs. Horizons Residential Care Center routinely seeks out highly motivated individuals with a passion to make a difference to join our team because our first priority is ensuring top-notch and evolving care for the individuals who call Horizons home. We recruit for direct service professionals, nursing personnel, medication technicians, maintenance, educators, housekeeping and administrative staff.
