hospgar provides managed IT, information security and compliance services. We can take on the IT management function, run infrastructure and provide continuity when internal IT capacity is limited or changing. Our security and compliance work includes external CISO, security governance, ISMS design and implementation, internal audits, and support for ISO 27001, NIS2, GDPR, PCI DSS and the EU AI Act. We keep operational IT separate from security governance and compliance oversight, supporting clear accountability and segregation of duties, bringing the structure and practices expected in larger organisations to teams that need to grow securely, while helping established organisations stay lean, resilient and well governed. We are developing our own platform to support service delivery, security governance and compliance work.
