As a distinctive service to our patients, we offer the most comprehensive care options offered anywhere in our region. Hospice of Cincinnati, and our other programs under the HOC Navigators umbrella, extend beyond end-of-life care to include services for people with serious and advanced illnesses who may not be ready for hospice care. We are committed to guiding people through advanced illness and end-of-life through our breadth of program offerings. Our programs include Hospice of Cincinnati, PalliaCare Cincinnati, Conversations of a Lifetime, Social Connections, and The Goldstein Family Grief Center. Fernside, a 501(c)(3) organization, is an affiliate of Hospice of Cincinnati. Hospice of Cincinnati is a non-profit hospice sponsored by Bethesda Inc. in a collaborative community partnership with TriHealth and Bon Secours Mercy Health.
