HR Club - Brazilians in the U.S. is the first community dedicated to connecting and empowering Brazilian HR professionals in the United States. Founded in 2024, the idea originated in 2015 when Anelise Daniele, upon moving to the US, noticed the lack of support for Brazilian professionals in the Human Resources field. Our goal is to create a space for belonging, the sharing of best practices, and experiences to help our members thrive in the U.S. job market. MISSION: To connect and support Brazilian HR professionals in the U.S., promoting networking, career development, and knowledge sharing, with a focus on the mutual growth of the community. VISION: To be the leading reference for Brazilian HR professionals in the U.S., facilitating talent development and strengthening the presence of Brazilians in the U.S. job market. WHAT WE DO: Networking Events: Regular meetups for exchanging experiences and building connections. Discussion Groups: Debates on strategic topics such as labor laws, market trends, and compensation. Mentorship Programs: Support for new members, focused on professional growth and adaptation to the U.S. market. Knowledge Sharing: Access to exclusive resources on HR practices in the United States.
