About HRM Institute

HRM Institute is an organization whose mission is to support the advisory, training, communication and research in the current employer brand management, employer branding strategy development and helping with company’s communication with talented candidates from the labour market. We conduct own research, studies and publications. We also organize conferences, fairs, workshops and training. Our goal is to inspire and support substantive management of people in organizations at the strategic and operational level. We share our knowledge and experience during presentations at conferences, in strategic workshops and internal training dedicated to specific needs of employers. Our services include areas such as: employer branding, EVP development, personal branding, strategic HR, internal and external communication, research and improvement of the working environment, employee engagement, recruitment marketing, brand and recruitment campaigns, talent management. HRM Institute since 2012 is conducting Employer Branding survey in Poland. This is a nationwide survey conducted among Polish employers on employer branding activities they carry out. The results of the study are presented during the conference Employer Branding Management Summit (www.ebsummit.pl). The conference gathers, since several years, employer branding specialists and experts. They have a chance to take the inspiring discussion and exchange their own experiences. HRM Institute is the organizer of the polish competition Employer Branding Excellence Awards, promoting best practice in this field (http://employerbrandingsummit.pl/ebeawards/). From 2012 HRM Institute organize spring Career Fair in the Jagiellonian University and in the University of Silesia (www.targikariery.com) and autumn meetings with employers Jobs Spot (www.jobsspot.pl),
