Hudson Lewis Group (HLG) is a Texas-based growth equity fund acquiring controlling interests in profitable small businesses across three sectors: Home & Field Services, Professional Services, and Healthcare Practices. Our thesis is straightforward: small businesses in the $1–10M revenue range are systematically undervalued, not because they lack performance, but because they lack access. Access to capital.
