About HumaniCore AI

HumaniCore AI is the enterprise value protection standard for AI in employment. We provide independent third party certification of AI enabled people decisions across the full employment lifecycle: hiring, promotion, performance, and termination. We operate two certification tracks. Vendor certification - AI enabled people decision tools built by product companies. Enterprise certification - an organization's use of the full HR tool stack where AI is enabling decisions that affect people. Both are independent third party certification with structural governance separation, and neither is a sub case of the other. Independence is structural, not asserted. We do not remediate what we certify, and certification decisions sit outside influence by governance design. Our methodology is patent pending. The regulatory clock is real. In Connecticut, beginning October 1, 2026, the use of AI is not a defense to a discrimination complaint, and documented anti bias testing is admissible. In the European Union, obligations for high risk AI systems used in employment decisions apply on a schedule running to December 2, 2027. When an AI influenced employment decision is challenged, the question will not be whether AI was used. It will be what evidence exists that the decision was tested. We are the evidence layer between AI driven people decisions and jury actionable claims. HumaniCore was founded by Haley Friary-Schenk: two decades as a functional HR leader and Global CHRO in technology startups, with time at Apple. Three portfolio companies completed IPOs, two with the HR function under her leadership. She built this company as the former enterprise buyer of the technologies it now certifies.
