Humble Rising LLC is an executive coaching, leadership development, and speaking company founded by Arivee Vargas, an award-winning executive coach, leadership strategist, keynote speaker, bestselling & award-winning author, and host of the Humble Rising Podcast. We work with lawyers and leaders who want to grow their careers and leadership while being more intentional about how they work and live. Arivee's executive coaching helps her clients navigate career crossroads, strengthen their leadership, and build successful careers and lives that are sustainable and meaningful. The name Humble Rising reflects the philosophy behind our work. Humble means the willingness to stay open and to keep learning, to listen, and to recognize that we don't know everything nor can we. Rising is the willingness to stretch beyond what's comfortable, challenge ourselves, and keep becoming more fully who we're meant to be. Arivee brings nearly twenty years of experience across law, corporate leadership, and executive coaching. Before founding Humble Rising, she practiced law and held multiple executive leadership roles at a global biotechnology company across Legal, Compliance, Human Resources, and Leadership Development. She clerked on the First Circuit and the U.S. District Court in Massachusetts. She also taught Business Law at the Boston College Carroll School of Management.
