Established in 2011, Hunter Healthcare was built on a vision to raise the profile of the recruitment industry and become a global resourcing partner of choice for health and life sciences organisations. Since then, we have grown year-on-year into a team of over 100 dedicated individuals across eight offices in the UK, Germany, the US and Australia, specialising in board search, management search, interim management and statement of work. Our success is rooted in a simple mission: to create genuine partnerships and long-term growth by putting people at the forefront of everything we do. Building on this foundation, Hunter Healthcare’s Solutions arm was launched in 2023 and is now at the forefront of transformation across the NHS and the wider healthcare sector.
