About hy Consulting Group
Die hy Consulting Group ist eine partnergeführte Unternehmensberatung für Strategie, Innovation, Pricing und Sales mit Sitz in Berlin. Wir arbeiten mit Geschäftsführern, Vorständen, Investoren und Gründerteams an Wachstum, Skalierung und der Monetarisierung datengetriebener Geschäftsmodelle. Seit 2017 haben wir mehr als 600 Projekte für über 275 Kunden umgesetzt – von Konzernen über Mittelstand bis Private Equity und wachstumsstarke Tech-Unternehmen. Unser Team besteht aktuell aus über 60 Beraterinnen und Beratern. 2026 haben wir im Rahmen eines Management Buy-outs sämtliche Anteile von Axel Springer übernommen und führen hy seitdem vollständig unabhängig und im Besitz der aktiven Partner und Führungskräfte. Unternehmertum prägt uns nicht nur in der Beratung - sondern auch in unserer Struktur.
