Since 2018, Inspiring Women Igniting Leadership & Learning (i.WILL) is an inclusive network of women and women-allies from diverse backgrounds, industries, and professional stages, all united by a shared mission: to help women thrive both professionally and personally. Our vision is to create pathways to success by making our programs affordable and accessible—ensuring that every woman has the opportunity to enrich her community and career. We are passionate about mentorship, philanthropy, and supporting aspiring female entrepreneurs through scholarships, grants, and investment. At i.WILL, we empower individuals to achieve their goals by providing a safe, supportive space for networking, learning, and growth. Through our events, annual summit & gala, and commitment to giving back, we facilitate opportunities for women and women-allies to connect, engage, and learn from one another - building a stronger, more empowered community.
