𝗶𝟮𝗫 – 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗘𝘂𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗻 𝗘𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗰 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗱 𝗘𝘅𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁 (𝗘𝗘𝗛𝗥𝘅𝗙) is a flagship project co-funded by the Digital Europe Programme. With the motto 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗘𝗨 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗮, i2X aims to demonstrate the benefits of structured, interoperable health data exchange across Europe. The project will deliver live pilots in 14 healthcare settings across 12 EU Member States, covering all five EHDS priority categories: Patient Summaries, e-Prescriptions, Laboratory Reports, Imaging Reports, and Discharge Summaries. More than 1,200 healthcare professionals and 3 million citizens are expected to benefit, supported by a consortium of 40+ partners working to build an interoperable, patient-centred, and innovation-driven European Health Union.
