ICF Metro DC is where the region's professional coaches come to grow, connect, and raise the standard of the profession. One of the largest ICF chapters in the US — with approximately 1,300 members across DC, northern Virginia, and suburban Maryland — we bring together coaches at every level, from those just entering the profession to seasoned practitioners shaping organizations across government, business, and civil society. We advance the coaching profession through meaningful connection, professional development, and a credentialing community that holds the bar high. We are proud hosts of the Capitol Coaches Conference and ICF Converge 2026, coming to Washington, D.C. this October.
