ICF Tennessee (ICFTN) is a nonprofit professional organization affiliated with the International Coach Federation (ICF) and upholds the standards and ethics set forth by the ICF. We are committed to developing the coaching field by maintaining a professional designation. Vision: Our vision is a world where professional coaching drives positive change, and ICFTN leads this transformation. We aspire to build a vibrant and inclusive community of coaches united by a shared passion for excellence. Through continuous learning, collaboration, and unwavering support, ICFTN strives to elevate both the profession and practitioners, shaping a future where every coach feels a sense of belonging and where our collective impact knows no bounds. Mission: ICFTN exists to engage, develop, and support professional coaches, creating an inclusive community where every coach belongs. Our mission is to empower coaches to thrive, grow, and positively impact the world. We accomplish this by: Participating in a dynamic coaching community Providing support for Professional coach development Raising awareness of Tennessee communities and beyond about the coaching profession Providing a network through which our members can learn of and share opportunities
