Established in 1999, the Identity Theft Resource Center (ITRC) is the only national non-profit in the U.S. to provide live, direct identity crime advice and victim assistance at no-cost. Our vision is a "world where nobody can use my identity but me." Our mission is to prevent and reduce the impact of identity theft, scams, and fraud.
