Ignite Your Life Coaching is a Spirit-Led Leadership Coaching practice founded by Annie Petersen, Emmy Award-winning former television news producer, ICF-trained coach with 2,100+ hours, and holder of a Master of Science in Business Continuity, Security and Risk Management from Boston University. Annie works with high-achieving individuals and organizations who look successful on the outside but are exhausted and disconnected on the inside. Leaders whose highest performers are quietly running on empty. Women who have been on mute and are ready to come off it. Her work is rooted in the belief that human connection is not a soft skill. It is a human need. In an AI-accelerated world, the ability to be fully present with another person is among the most essential leadership capabilities we have. Annie is a founding Welcome Committee Member of the U.S. Chamber of Connection, a Circle Group Leader at The Church at Rancho Bernardo, and is actively integrating community building and belonging into her coaching and organizational work.
