This is accomplished by maintaining ongoing active treatments and by providing the persons served with a plan structured specifically to holistically meet their needs. We commit to treating the person, not the diagnosis. All people are valued and supported, and we focus on what people can do, rather than what they cannot. We understand and appreciate the various interests, talents, and strengths among us. The struggles we all face in different areas of our lives are part of who and what we are as human beings. To us, the need for help from a friend, the need to see a specialty doctor, or even the need to use a wheelchair are all part of what makes us all truly equal.
