ILUNION Hotels is the hotel company of the ONCE Social Group, which currently has 30 hotels distributed throughout the main urban and holiday destinations in Spain.​ ​ Our model is a pioneer and benchmark in universal accessibility, diversity and social and labor inclusion of people with disabilities within the tourism sector and is born from the firm belief in real equality of opportunities. We are the first hotel company to obtain a Global Certificate in Universal Accessibility (UNE-170001-2) in all our establishments and the Seal as an outstanding organization EFQM + 600.​ ​ We offer our clients differentiating experiences with the added value of having a unique human team made up of 1,400 professionals, of which more than 40% have some type of disability or belong to groups at risk of exclusion, exceeding 70% in the case of our 14 Special Employment Centers.
