About Impact Family Services
Impact Family Services is a charity supporting individuals, children, and families affected by domestic abuse across South Tyneside and the wider North East. For nearly 30 years, we’ve been a source of safety, guidance, and hope. We provide whole-family support, helping survivors and their loved ones heal from trauma, rebuild confidence, and move forward with strength. We offer specialist services for survivors, children, and families; as well as working within communities to raise awareness and prevent domestic abuse. If you’d like to be part of our mission, you can support through volunteering, training, partnership, or donation.
