We support innovators by advising on and implementing robust IP strategies based on a blend of IP rights. We work side by side with our clients to understand their ideas and innovations in a broader commercialisation context, ensuring they remain in control of their developments by protecting them using the appropriate IP rights (primarily Patents, Trade Marks, Designs, and Trade Secrets). Our clients consider us their 'in-house' team, and we advise on every stage of the growth journey, supporting innovation capture & protection, investment due diligence, and path to market. We also draft and prosecute patent applications, trade mark applications and manage worldwide patent and trade mark portfolios with our trusted foreign partners.
